Mindfulness for Teens (13-18)
Mindfulness is all about being alive and knowing it! It trains you to pay attention and to stop and notice how you are.
This is an important life skill: allowing you to step back from the busy-ness of habitual activity and the relentless chatter of the mind. It offers greater space and clarity to help you make choices that support your well-being and happiness. Other benefits include improving concentration and learning.
